Applying the general rules
1.1 These Promotion Terms cover every bonus, prize wheel spin and promotional reward at Peterborough Casino. They apply together with our Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Where an individual offer sets different conditions, those conditions take priority for that offer.
1.3 Bonus funds sit apart from your cash balance and stay locked until you complete the wagering requirement.
Holding one bonus at a time
2.1 Your account may hold one bonus at a time, never more.
2.2 A new bonus becomes available after the current one is wagered, forfeited or expires.
Taking part
3.1 Promotions are available to registered players in Canada who are 19 or over, where local law allows.
3.2 Before you can deposit, and therefore before any bonus is credited, your account has to clear identity and location checks.
3.3 In line with Ontario provincial rules, offers are visible only to signed-in, registered players.
3.4 Self-excluded accounts and accounts in a cooling-off period cannot receive promotions.
Meeting the deadline
4.1 You have 30 days from the date the welcome deposit bonus is credited to complete its wagering.
4.2 Any bonus balance still left when the deadline passes with wagering incomplete is removed, together with the winnings it generated.
Wagering bonus funds
5.1 The welcome deposit bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
5.2 Only slots on the eligible list count towards welcome offer wagering. Slots on the restricted list do not count.
5.3 The contribution of other game types, including digital table games, Live Casino and game shows, is set out in each offer's details within your account, and you can check it before opting in.
Preventing bonus abuse
6.1 Bonus abuse includes:
- opening extra accounts to receive one offer more than once
- coordinated play with other players
- low-risk patterns such as staking on opposing outcomes
- deliberately staking above the limit in section 9
- using restricted slots to clear wagering
6.2 Once abuse is confirmed, the bonus may be removed together with any winnings it produced, you may be barred from taking part in later offers and, in serious cases, your account may be closed.
Converting bonus funds
7.1 Once you complete wagering before the deadline, the bonus balance is transferred to your cash balance. You can then withdraw it under our standard rules: minimum C$50, maximum C$25,000 per day.
7.2 Where a promotion caps the amount that can be converted to cash, the cap appears in that promotion's details.
Opting in
8.1 No bonus is ever applied unless you choose it. To opt in, use the cashier or the Promotions section of your account.
8.2 Peterborough Rewards items are also opt-in.
8.3 You can forfeit a bonus before wagering is complete through your account or by email. Forfeiting removes the remaining bonus balance.
Staying within the stake limit
9.1 The maximum stake per round is 10% of the bonus amount until wagering is complete.
9.2 We may void any round placed above this limit and remove winnings from it.
Claiming the welcome offer
10.1 100% up to C$300 on your first 4 deposits.
- Deposits 1 to 4: 100% bonus up to C$300 each
- Minimum deposit C$10
- 300 daily prize wheel spins
- 30x wagering on the deposit bonus
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days
- Maximum bet per round: 10% of the bonus
- Restricted list of eligible slots
10.2 No-deposit offers are not available. Each promotion requires a minimum deposit of C$10.
Changing promotions
11.1 We can amend, pause or end any promotion for new opt-ins.
11.2 Once credited, a bonus is governed by whichever terms applied on the date you opted in.
